Kindergarten Music Program!

Even though budget cuts in the school district limit music classes for 1/2 day kindergartners, Evelyn's awesome teacher makes sure she weaves music into her curriculum throughout the year. She then, along with the morning kinder class, puts on a concert for the kids to share the songs they have learned. It was a special night for Evelyn and her classmates.

Friend Josh and Minley with Evelyn. Both sets of grandparents came to watch the program and Doug's folks brought the performer some roses. She thought that was pretty neat!

The kids did great and we all enjoyed the program. I can't believe my baby will finish her first year of school next week!!
