For the past few years, if you asked Evelyn what she wanted to be when she grew up, she would say either a writer, or an actress. She has done some theater camps but not a full fledged theater class. Until now. Evelyn and her friend Heidi were a part of the cast of "Wizard of Oz Christmas" and my sweet girl got to play the lead Dorothy! I knew she was dramatic..haha.. but she truly rose to this challenge and did such an amazing job. She worked so hard to memorize all her lines and songs and encouraged her cast mates to do the same (she actually knew almost ALL the lines for ALL the cast.. and during the show she helped kids remember their lines..haha!). During the performance she shined and commanded the stage. We are so proud of her!
